Shipping information prices & conditions.

Note 1 - Priority orders are shipped between Christmas and New Year.

Note 2 - Since the 1st Jan 2021 all orders to the EU are taking longer to get there. Sometimes 2 or 3 times longer.
Hopefully this will improve soon and normal shipping times will resume but at the moment couriers are having to adapt
to the (short notice) new free trade agreement with the EU and the additional checks and paper work. The trade
agreement provides for zero tariffs between the UK and the EU but there are delays at the moment.

Minimum order for free UK delivery is £14.00. Over £14.00 choose the £3.00 delivery option.

UK deliveries -
Small, medium and large items - shipping is included in the price - nothing more to pay.
Choose either shipping Option 1 for medium or large items or shipping Option 3 for small items.
(Don't worry if you can't figure out the weight. Choose either option and we will sort it out anyway.)

Option 1 UK mainland deliveries by courier - shipping is included.
This is for items totaling over 1.5Kg in your shopping cart. Under 1.5Kg choose Royal Mail / UK Mail Option 3. See notes below
This is a standard delivery and takes from 1 to 3 days, however, many items do arrive next day.

Option 2 and 8 UK offshore islands including Northern Ireland & Southern Ireland
UK - Medium sized products that go by courier - £15.00 (For small items up to 1.5Kg see Option 3 below)
The £15 charge includes dishes up to 1.0m.
Option 8 (1 large box at £35) - for 1.1m and 1.2m dishes choose option 8. Additional small or medium
items can be added to the box including LNBs and wall mounts. We should be able to include a receiver as well.
Over 1.2m is by email quotation - for "large" items to a UK offshore island, choose Option 1. Shipping will be quoted
and paid for later. An email will include a shipping payment link.
Southern Ireland - All small and medium sized items - £15 fixed rate. Even includes full systems
including dishes up to 1.0m. For larger dishes of 1.1m and 1.2m see the £69.00 international option below.
Over 1.2m is by email quotation. Choose the international email quotation option below.
Large items - email quotation - please note -
1. Items described as "large" in your shipping cart - e.g. dishes over 1.2m, shipping is by email quotation.
2. Some products may have "shipping included" to offshore islands and Southern Ireland but ONLY if stated next to
the product on our web site. If so, select UK Options 1 or 3 or the free international shipping to Eire option.

Option 3 All UK including offshore islands - shipping is included.
(Includes Northern Ireland) Small items go by Royal Mail or UK mail. Shipping is included in the price. This is up to 1.5Kg. Over
1.5Kg choose a courier option. (Does not apply to Southern Ireland. For S. Ireland choose the £15 international option.)
This is a standard delivery and takes from 4 to 7 days, however, most items take 4 days.

Options 4, 5, 6 and 7 - UK priority delivery options -

For goods to leave us the day you order, orders must be placed before 12.00 noon on a Monday and before 2.00pm
Tuesday to Friday. Sometimes we are able to ship goods after these cut off times, but you would need to
ring us to check if this is possible.

There is a "next working day" shipping option at £6.50, a "next working day by 1.00pm" option at £9.50 and two
"Saturday delivery options" depending on the weight of the items. (Delivery by 1.00pm does not apply to "Large" items.
Saturday options are £15.00 up to 2.0Kg by "Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery" and £30 by Saturday courier.
We are not open on a Saturday morning so it is a good idea to obtain the tracking number on a Friday so that you
can monitor the parcel's progress on a Saturday morning.
There are some exceptions - special order items - (this would be stated next to the product on the site) may take
2 to 3 days. Products requiring programming may take an extra 24 hours. Very large dishes - e.g. the 1.8m and 2.4m
dishes may take 48 hours. Some offshore islands may take 2 to 3 days.
If you pay with a credit card that is NOT a UK bank or the billing address is not in the UK, there should be no
problem or delay if ordering on-line, however, telephone orders may not ship the same day the order is placed.
Online orders are processed more quickly as, on our main web site at you are
charged when you place the order through a CityPay (or PayPal) payment gateway. (This assumes the transaction is fully
verified through the VISA or MasterCard verification system). Telephone orders, using a non-UK bank credit/debit
card or a foriegn (non-UK) billing address, require manual processing and international checking and
may not ship the day the order is placed.

International delivery options -

Please note that online orders are shipped out faster than telephone orders.
When you buy goods online on our main web site at your card is charged while you
are online and the order usually ships the same day if received before the cut off time.
(This assumes the transaction is fully verified through the VISA or MasterCard verification system.)
International telephone orders have to be checked and processed manually and this can take 24 - 48 hours.

Southern Ireland. All small and medium sized items - £15 fixed rate. Even includes full systems
For our friends in Southern Ireland we have preferential low international shipping rates. There is one fixed price
of £15 for as much as you want to order as long as the dish size (if a dish is included) does not exceed 1.0m. If the
dish is larger than 1.0m choose the £69.00 shipping price but here again there is no limit to the amount you can order
(or number of boxes) as long as the dish size does not exceed 1.2m. It it does the shipping is then be email quotation.
Large items - please note -
1. Items described as "large" in your shipping cart - e.g. 1.1m dishes & larger or 2m poles, shipping is either £69.00 or by email quotation.
2. Some products may have "shipping included" to offshore islands and Southern Ireland but ONLY if stated next to
the product on our web site. If so, you can select the free international shipping to Southern Ireland option.

Countries within the EU.

Small items (up to 1.5Kg) by Royal Mail. Choose the £15 by international insured post option.

Countries within the EU.

There are 3 delivery charges by courier. These are detailed next to the product and at checkout. They are -

1 box up to an 85cm dish size with additional items (e.g. receiver and other smaller items) up to 25Kg at £38.00

2 or 3 boxes, i.e. a system up to an 85cm dish and up to 45Kg or 1 box containing a dish up to 85cm with additional items at £59.00

Larger items, e.g. up to 1.1m dishes, one box but room inside for dish, receiver and other smaller items at £89.00

If under 5 Kg and in one box (e.g a receiver), a faster courier option is also available at £48.00

Larger than 1.3m dishes needs a shipping quotation. Choose the "International quote by e-mail" option.
Shipping will be quoted and paid for later through a shipping payment link on the site.

Countries within the EU. Large items. Dishes larger than 1.2m.
Choose the "International quote by e-mail" option. Here you will pay for the goods ONLY.
Later you will sent a shipping quotation.

Countries outside of the EU. Small items (up to 1.5Kg) by Royal Mail.
Choose the £15 by International insured post option.
Please note that you will initially be charged the VAT but it will be refunded when your order is fully processed.

Countries outside of the EU. Medium and large items - choose the "International quote by e-mail"
option. Here you will pay for the goods ONLY. On our site the VAT is included and this is held as a credit towards
the final shipping charge. After the quote for shipping has been offered and agreed, a second charge for shipping
is made. (A payment link will be emailed to you). This charge will have been reduced by applying the VAT credit
and the resultant top up payment (if applicable) will need to be made. If the VAT credit exceeds the shipping
charge a partial refund will be made.

All international deliveries (updated 1st Jan 2021).
VAT is included in all prices on this web site.
VAT will initially be charged when you place an online order but it will be refunded when your order is fully processed.
If you find a shipping price on the web site applicable to your order and your country (mainly EU customers),
the VAT is refunded when your order is processed and before shipping.
For oversized items or countries outside of the EU, where shipping is by quotation, the VAT is held as a credit
against the shipping charge. If the shipping charge is more than the VAT credit a payment link is sent to you to
pay the difference. If the VAT is more than the shipping charge a refund is done for the value of the difference.
If after receiving a shipping quote, you think it is too high, we can refund the whole order.

Urgent? Are the goods in stock?

Ring us if you have a special requirement.

If the goods are urgent (e.g. sometimes people are leaving the country and need to take them with them)
tell us and we will do our best to comply. Phone is faster than email so please ring us. Please
do not book an installer until after the goods arrive. 90% of all items on our web site are in
stock. Ring us if you want to confirm goods are in stock. Some goods are special order only.
These tend to be large wall mounts and ground stands which arebuilt to order and dishes over 3m.

Goods remain the property of Vision International until payment is received in full.
Extended ownership rights apply.


Our products and prices are subject to change. We endeavour to keep the prices on our websites accurate, however, alterations
may occur. In the event of a price change at the time of ordering we would contact you upon receipt of your order and inform you
of any difference. We would then provide options to either pay any additional cost, do a partial refund, or refund/cancel the order.


All goods and services are subject to availability. Stock availability information supplied on the website is an estimate only.
If on receipt of your order the goods are not available or not in stock we will notify you, and offer to refund, or provide an
estimated time scale for completion and despatch of your order. All orders are subject to approval and your order is only accepted
once the order is despatched. Orders may be delayed due to additional security checks.

Special Orders:

We are unable to accept returns of special order bespoke items and no refunds can be given on these items. A special order bespoke
item has been made to order for the customer. e.g. cable cut from the reel, wall mounts or ground stands which have been modified
to suit the customers requirements, dishes larger than 2.3m, etc.


Shortages must be reported within three days from receipt of goods. We are not responsible if parts are missing after three days.
After three days decisions would be at our discretion. Damages must be reported within three days from receipt of goods. An insurance
claim cannot be made after three days. In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please
retain the original packaging. Once informed of any damage we will instigate an insurance claim.
Where goods have clearly been damaged by the courier, they will be replaced.
As we use courier companies we cannot be held responsible for deliveries which arrive late or have been delayed. We strongly recommend
you do not book an installer before receiving the goods. We are not responsible for any charges of any kind due to goods not arriving
by the estimated date of delivery. If the delivery is made by courier, please do not sign for the delivery without first checking the
goods. In-sist the driver waits while you take the goods out of the box to inspect them. If a satellite dish is included, check this first.
If you provide a clean signature to say the goods are in “good condition” and then later find that they are not, we may not be able to
submit an insurance claim and would not be able to refund or replace the goods. Please note you are responsible for the goods once a
"clean" signature is given. If someone else is asked to sign for the goods, please make sure they check the goods before signing. If the
goods are damaged, write "DAMAGED" next to your signature. If they are damaged, do not refuse the delivery as this only creates delays.
If the driver will not provide the required amount of time for you to inspect the goods, simply write on “damaged” next to the signature.
Then you are covered. Do not write on “unchecked” as this is not accepted in a courier insurance claim.


In accordance with the “Consumer Contracts Regulations” you may cancel an order at any point within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. The cost of returning the goods must be covered by you. The goods will be
inspected and a refund will be given providing they are in acceptable condition. Consumer Contracts Regulations state “A deduction can
be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.” “The extent to which
a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop”. If the goods are returned in an
unacceptable condition the action taken will be at our discretion. e.g. An acceptable amount of handing would be to inspect goods
inside of their packaging. An unacceptable amount of handing to to fit or install goods. We are unable to accept subscription cards
if the card has been activated. Once activated we cannot stop the subscription.


All our products come with a one year warranty unless stated otherwise. Any additional or extended warranty is with the manufacturer.
Products returned under warranty must have official software installed. Any installation of 3rd party software invalidates the warranty.
Storm damage to products is not covered by the warranty. When purchasing viewing cards please be aware that you are agreeing to be bound
by the broadcasters terms and conditions of service. As we are not the programme provider, we have no control over programming content,
satellite location or the addition or removal of channels from a broadcasters bouquet. If this is the case we are not liable for this
action and you have bought said subscription cards with this knowledge.

Faults and Returns:

Please do not return a product without making contact, this can be done either via email or telephone. All returns should be booked in
by filling in a returns form and will require a valid returns number that would be issued via email or telephone. Click here for the form
We operate a “return to base warranty”
14 day cooling off period:
If a product develops a fault and is reported to us within 14 days of receipt of goods we will arrange collection from within the UK.
If a fault is reported after 14 days the product needs to be returned to us and the cost of the return is not covered. We will cover the
cost of return delivery to the customer if the product has been found to be faulty. Any product to be returned within the 14 day cooling
off period must be complete with all accessories and in it's original undamaged packaging. It is advisable to return the product in outer
packaging to protect the manufacturers packaging from harm.
After 14 days:
When returning a product for repair or replacement it should be returned in outer packaging to protect the product. The product and and any
accessories requested should be included preferably with the manufacturers packaging. If goods are returned to us with no accompanying
information they will be placed into storage and no action will be taken until we are contacted by the customer and given the information
required. These items will be stored for a maximum of 3 months depending on size before being disposed of. If a customer has not contacted
us to pay for an out of warranty repair the goods will be held in storage for three months before being disposed of.

Privacy Policy:

Customers address and contact information are stored but this data is not shared with 3rd parties. The only exception is if additional
security checks are required with the customers card issuer at the time of ordering. We may use the contact details supplied to contact
you regarding your order. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.
A fee of £5 will be payable. By making a purchase you demonstrate that you agree to these Terms and Conditions

WEEE Regulations:

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection,
treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and
internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge. The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by
around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated
with sending electrical goods to landfill. We are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on
a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item
to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should be marked with the
crossed-out wheeled bin symbol and be disposed of separately from normal household waste. You can, if you wish, return the old item to us
for disposal at our trade counter. The address is shown on our contact page, and the opening times are also shown on the same page.
